Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The hackathon is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students. Participants may form teams of 2 to 4 members. Inter-college teams are allowed and encouraged.

2. Registration

All teams must register through the official registration form before the deadline. Late entries will not be considered. If a team has 5 members, an additional registration fee will apply (₹2000 total).

3. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and integrity throughout the event. Any form of plagiarism or misconduct may lead to disqualification.

4. Ownership of Problem Statements

All problem statements are exclusively created and owned by MGIT College. They are intended solely for use during this hackathon.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Solutions developed during the hackathon in response to MGIT-defined problem statements will be the intellectual property of MGIT College. MGIT has full rights to use, modify, publish, or implement the solutions as needed.

6. Submission Guidelines

All final submissions must be made within the allotted time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Teams should ensure their work is original and properly documented.

7. Evaluation Criteria

Solutions will be evaluated based on innovation, feasibility, technical implementation, and presentation. In the case of a tie, preference will be given to 4-member teams.

8. Accommodation

Accommodation may be provided for outstation participants based on availability. Contact details for coordination will be shared after confirmation.

9. Agreement

By participating, all team members agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules communicated by the organizers.
