Dr. T. Vinay Kumar Delivers Invited Lecture on Fundamentals and Advanced Speed Control Techniques of Electric Motor Drive

The Research and Development Committee, in collaboration with the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, organized a special lecture on “Fundamentals and Advanced Speed Control Techniques of Electric Motor Drive.” The lecture was delivered by Dr. T. Vinay Kumar, Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at NIT Warangal. The event took place on June 15, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, conducted online.

A total of sixty-eight students from the third and fourth year of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering program attended the online session. The lecture provided a comprehensive understanding of various aspects related to electric motor drive and focused on both the fundamental concepts and advanced speed control techniques.

Dr. T. Vinay Kumar began by introducing the fundamentals of electric motor drive, providing students with a solid foundation in the subject matter.
