MGIT – Orientation Program Invitation 

Key Highlights:

Student Orientation Programme

• Date & Time: September 4th, 2023; Starting at 9:30 AM
• Venue: MGIT Retreat, Kokapet (V), Gandipet (M), Hyderabad.
• Who Should Attend: All B.Tech students admitted under the Convener quota and B-Category along with their parents.

Get to know your new academic home, as we provide you with a complete orientation, which includes an introduction to campus facilities, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and what to expect in your coming years at MGIT.

Complimentary Lunch:

• Time: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
• Venue: MGIT Retreat

Join us for a sumptuous lunch at the same venue, a perfect opportunity to meet and greet faculty and fellow students.

Departmental Sessions:

• Time: Starting at 2:00 PM
• Venue: To be announced at the event

Parents and students are invited to attend specific sessions conducted by the Heads of the Departments. These sessions will offer deeper insights into the academic expectations and opportunities within your chosen field of study.

Student Induction Programme (SIP):

• Date: Starting from September 4th, 2023
• Who Should Attend: All newly-admitted B.Tech students

This multi-day programme aims to orient new students with the academic policies, campus culture, and resources available at MGIT.
