The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Data Science using R Programming” is designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the field of Data Science. The FDP will cover key areas including data analysis, statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, data visualization, and deep learning using R programming. This program aims to equip faculty members, industry professionals, and Ph.D. scholars with the necessary tools and techniques to effectively analyze and interpret data, enabling them to contribute to academia and industry advancements. The FDP will also include practical sessions, case studies, and discussions on best practices in data handling and model deployment. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced resource persons and engage in interactive sessions to enhance their understanding of the latest trends and technologies in Data Science​

Guidelines:

  • Platform: The FDP will be conducted offline. Participants are expected to be present on campus for the entire duration of the program.
  • Registration and Communication: After submitting the registration form via the provided link, participants will receive a link to join a WhatsApp group. This group will serve as the primary channel for distributing FDP materials, updates, and important information.
  • Attendance and Certification: Certificates will be awarded only to those participants who attend all sessions and submit the required feedback forms for each day.
  • Limited Seats: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early registration as seats are limited.
