The Career Development Cell (CDC) at MGIT successfully organized a one-day workshop on Mental Wellness and Soft Skills on 8th March 2025. The session was led by Ms. Devika M, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Psychology, Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, Bangalore, who engaged students through interactive activities, focusing on Understanding Mental Well-being in the Tech Industry and Practical Strategies for Resilience.
The event was graced by Principal G. Chandra Mohan Reddy, who addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of managing stress effectively while fostering problem-solving skills among students.
Prof. Satya Suresh, Director of the Career Development Cell, along with Dr. Cholleti Srinivas, CDC members, faculty members, and students actively participated in the workshop, making it a valuable and insightful session.
The workshop provided an excellent platform for students to enhance their emotional well-being and soft skills, which are crucial for their personal and professional growth.
