About Event:

• Yoga club, MGIT in collaboration with Asha hospital and Brahma Kumaris SR Nagar Branch is organising  a one day Medical Health Conditioning Camp for youth on 2nd March (Sunday).
  Given the rising importance of physical and mental well-being among young individuals, we believe this initiative will be beneficial in promoting a healthier lifestyle especially during the exams.

• Raise awareness about Digital Detox, general health, Drug De-addiction and preventive care through photo exhibition. We are planning to 

1. 1. Provide free medical check-ups through psyciartists, psychologists and counsellors.
   2. Offer expert guidance from medical professionals, fitness trainers, and nutritionists.
   3. Conduct interactive sessions on mental well-being, stress management, and healthy habits.
   4. Provide stress monitoring equipment and online cognitive chatbot sessions.
