One Day Seminar on “Mathematics behind Machine Learning” (On the occasion of Srinivasa Ramanujan’s Birth Anniversary)

About the Seminar:

Linear Algebra is a branch of Mathematics, and the mainstay of almost all the areas of Mathematics.  Linear Algebra is the foundation of Machine Learning from the notations used in describing the  algorithm to the implementation of the algorithm itself.

Artificial Intelligence is not magic, it is just mathematics. It depends on innovative, futuristic and revolutionary mind, well versed in Linear Algebra. Linear Algebra incorporates the inputs on learning
issues.
The Seminar aims at familiarising young engineers and teaching faculty from Institutions of Engineering and Technology with the upcoming fields of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Data S cience and the role of Linear Algebra in their study.
