The Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, MGIT is delighted to congratulate Dr. Malladi Baladitya (Alumnus, MMT, MGIT) on being awarded the Doctorate Degree in Materials Engineering from the  Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. He has successfully defended his Thesis on Microstructure engineering of additively manufactured materials by powder bed fusion-laser beam: Case ferritic stainless steels and medium entropy alloys.
Dr. Baladitya graduated from the Department of Metallurgy and Material Technology, MGIT in 2014.
The Staff and students of the Department convey their best wishes for his success in his future endeavours.
