Minor and Honors Degree Programs at MGIT


KIND ATTENTION OF PARENTS & STUDENTS

Guidelines: AICTE & JNTUH

Students of CIVIL, EEE, Mechatronics, Mechanical, and MME branches are eligible to pursue the below-mentioned Minor Degree Programs along with their B.Tech Degree.

  • For example, a student from Mechanical Engineering who opts for a Minor degree in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning will get “B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with Minor in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning”.

Minor Program Offerings :

  1. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
    • Eligible Branches: All except B. Tech. in CSE (AI&ML) /B. Tech. (AI&ML)/ B. Tech. (AI)/ B. Tech. CSE(AI)
    • Offering Department: CSE
    • Award of Degree: “B. Tech. in branch name with Minor in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning”
  2. Cyber Security
    • Eligible Branches: All except B. Tech. in CSE (Cyber Security)/ B. Tech. (Cyber Security)
    • Offering Department: CSE
    • Award of Degree: “B. Tech. in branch name with Minor in Cyber Security”
  3. Data Science
    • Eligible Branches: All except B. Tech. in CSE (Data Science)/ B. Tech. (Data Science)
    • Offering Department: CSE
    • Award of Degree: “B. Tech. in branch name with Minor in Data Science”
  4. IOT
    • Eligible Branches: All except B. Tech. in CSE (IOT) / B. Tech. (IOT)
    • Offering Department: ECE
